Youth Ministry
Zuni Bravo: Founder and director of Espontaneo, the youth ministry of Torre Fuerte Ministries since 2010, he is also the director of Streets Movement, an evangelistic ministry in streets, parks and public places

We consider it essential to associate with Ministries, churches and people sharing the same faith, the love of Jesus, and his Word and keep the same doctrine.

A) Faith

The scriptures are our only rule of faith and conduct as the foundation of our ministry.

B) Bible

The Bible is the essential tool of the organization, hence the importance of respecting its integrity.

We believe that the Bible is an inspiration from God, a revelation for men and women, so it is an infallible rule of faith. (2 Tim 3:16-17, 1 Peter 1:19-21, Psalms 19:8, John 1:4, etc.)

C) God

We believe that God revealed himself through the scriptures as "I am" (ex. John 14:6, Revelation 22:13) and showing us the attributes of his character: infinite, eternal,  unique, omnipresent, omniscient, invisible, wise, holy, powerful, sovereign, loving, just and true.

We believe in the trinity of God in three distinct persons: the Father, the son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit (John 5:7, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14)

D) Jesus

We  believe that Jesus is the Son of God (Titus 2:13) and in his divinity as mentioned in the Bible.

-His pre-existence: John 1:1, Colossians 1:16

-His birth with a virgin woman: Matthew 1:18, 23, Luke 1:31, 35

-His immaculate life: Hebrews 4:15, Hebrews 7:26, 1 Peter 2:22

-His miracles: Acts 2:22

-His death on the cross: John 19:17-37

-His resurrection from the dead: Romans 1:4, Acts 2:24, 32,

- His seat at the right hand of God: Mark 16:19

-His second coming: Hebrews 9:28, Matthew 25:31

E) Holy Spirit

We believe in the fundamental importance of giving full freedom to the Holy Spirit to act and flourish (2 Corinthians 3:17)

We consider it essential to inform newborns and members of the church  on the importance of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and of fire, water baptism (Matthew 3:11, Acts 2:38,  Acts 22:16, Luke 3:21, Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:16, etc.)

F) Obedience and character

It is important for us as servants of God to walk in obedience, to be humble, and to be a good witness of Jesus with everyone we meet.

It is also important to respect, as far as possible, our word and our commitments (Matthew 5:37, James 5:12) towards others and the Ministry that the Lord Jesus has entrusted to us.

It is also a priority to demonstrate as we move forward, more and more the character of Jesus and the manifestation of the fruits of the spirit recorded in Galatians 5:22-23:

But what the Holy Spirit produces is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Romans 5:3-4:

Nay more, we even glory in afflictions, knowing that affliction produces perseverance, perseverance victory in trial, and that victory hope.

Matthew 24:13:

But whoever endures to the end will be saved.

G) Physical body

That our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and it is our duty to take care of it, whether in the way we eat, dress (modestly), do physical exercises, etc.

1 Corinthians 6:19:

"Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have received from God, and which you do not belong to yourselves?"

H) Unity of the Body of Christ

It is fundamental to work in unity with the members of the body of Christ.

Ephesians 4:4-5: “There is one body and one Holy Spirit. God has called you also to one hope. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism.”

I) Gifts and Ministries

We believe in the importance of valuing and making known the 9 spiritual gifts, the 5 ministries of Jesus and the 9 administrative gifts of the Father for the full development of the members of the body of Christ and for its edification.

According to 1 Corinthians 12, the 9 spiritual gifts being   1- Gifts of speech: word of wisdom, knowledge and discernment of spirits;

2-Gifts of power: gift of faith, healing and miracles;

3-Gifts of inspiration: gift of tongue, prophecy and gift of interpretation of speaking in tongues.

According to Ephesians 4:11-12: "And he gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, some as pastors and teachers,  for the perfecting of the saints for the work of ministry and building up the body of Christ. "

According to Romans 12:6-8: here are the operating gifts

gift of prophecy, service, teaching, exhortation, gift of liberality; to preside and mercy.

Since we have different gifts, according to the grace granted to us, let him who has the gift of prophecy exercise it according to the analogy of faith; let him who is called to the ministry stick to his ministry; let him who teaches adhere to his teaching, and he who exhorts to exhortation. Let him who gives do so liberally; let him who presides do so with zeal; let him who practices mercy do so with joy.

There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit; diversity of ministries, but the same Lord; diversity of operation, but the same God who operates all in all. (1 Corinthians 12:4-6)

J)  Disapproval of erroneous doctrines

We do not approve of any doctrine based on books which do not belong to the Holy Scriptures, because of the confusion and division caused among the people of Jehovah, Christian Science, Adventism, Spiritism, New Age, Hinduism, Buddhism, Unitarian Church, etc., independently of others with unapproved doctrines in Holy Scripture: 2 Peter 2:1, Galatians 5:20, Titus 2:1-3, 2 John 10.

In the same way, we disapprove of any dispute regarding food, rest days, blood transfusions, among others. Approve of not eating drowned animals, blood, and anything sacrificed to idols or paid parties: Colosians 2:14-17, Romanos 14:11-23, Acts 15:20.

K) Other cultures and traditions

We believe in respecting cultural diversity while promoting the importance that there is "one God" and savior  "Jesus Christ" for the nations (James 2:19, 1 Tim 2:5, Luke 4:18, Romans 16:27).

We believe in the importance of using God's wisdom and discernment extensively to interact with other cultures and mores, and that relationships occur in respect and harmony while not derogating from our holy scriptures.

Deuteronomy 13:5:

"You will follow the Lord your God, and you will fear him. You will keep his commandments, you will obey him, you will serve him, and you will it is to him that you will attach yourselves."

It is therefore essential to teach and correct with love, wisdom, tact and diligence by following the holy scriptures (2 Tim 4:2, 3:16).
